Accessibility Statement
Accessibility
We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including those who have visual, hearing, motor and cognitive impairments regardless of ability and browsing technology.
This website supports the Worldwide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, Level AA, to ensure a web accessibility standard has been achieved and is maintained.
Conformance to these guidelines helps to make the Web more accessible to users with disabilities and benefits all users. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the whole site conforms you may occasionally find a page which does not. If you have any problem accessing any information on the site, please contact the LTAPHelpdesk@candc-uk.com for help.
Things we have done to improve accessibility
In order to make this website as accessible as possible we have included the following features:
- You can change the page font size. This can usually be done from the browser toolbar at the top of your screen.
- If you have difficulties using a mouse you can navigate the site using the keyboard using the tab key to jump from link to link (or shift + tab to go backwards).
- Our site navigation and structure are consistent to make it easy for you to find your way around it.
- Website content is available in Welsh for those who prefer to access information in this way.
Our web development standards
This website is built using code compliant with World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards for XHTML and Cascading Style Sheets. The site was tested with the current versions of most popular browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari, at time of launch.
As we use the XHTML standard, any future browsers should also display this website correctly. Older browsers should still display the page information in a readable way, but may not show all design layout.
This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout. If your browser or browsing device does not support style sheets at all, the content of each page should still be readable.
If you have problems viewing this website, please contact the LTAPHelpdesk@candc-uk.com for help.
